These terms apply when you use www.thejunkranger.com, contact us, or book junk removal, bin rental, or property maintenance services with Junk Ranger Inc. ("Junk Ranger," "we," "us"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Junk Ranger provides junk removal, cleanouts, light demolition and removal (such as sheds, hot tubs, and concrete), bin rentals, hauling, and property maintenance in London, Ontario and surrounding areas.

Ongoing commercial property maintenance is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

2. Quotes and pricing

- Prices on our website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the volume, weight, type of items, and access.

- We give you an exact quote on site before any work starts. Nothing is loaded until you approve the price.

- If the job is bigger than what was described when you booked, we will adjust the quote before we start, not after.

- Extra charges may apply for items that need special disposal, such as mattresses, tires, or appliances with refrigerant. We will tell you before we load them.

Price match: if you have a written quote from another licensed, insured junk removal company in our service area for the same job, show it to us before we start and we will do our best to match it. Price matching is at our discretion.

Promotions: discounts and coupons apply only to the services and dates stated, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

3. Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling

- You can book by phone, text, or online.

- Please give us at least [24] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

- If our crew arrives and cannot do the job because of no access, no one on site when needed, or items that differ greatly from what was described, a trip fee of [$XX] may apply.

- Arrival times are estimates. Weather, traffic, and earlier jobs can cause delays. We will keep you updated by text or phone.

4. Your responsibilities

- Make sure we have safe, clear access to the items, including parking for our truck.

- Make sure you own the items or have the right to dispose of them.

- Tell us about anything heavy, fragile, or hard to reach before we arrive.

- Remove anything you want to keep from the area to be cleared. We are not responsible for items left in the removal area.

5. Items we cannot take

We do not take hazardous materials, including:

- Paint, solvents, oil, gas, and chemicals

- Propane tanks and other pressurized cylinders

- Asbestos or materials suspected to contain asbestos

- Medical, biological, or bodily waste

- Ammunition, explosives, or weapons

If we find these items, we will leave them on site and can tell you where to dispose of them safely.

6. What happens to your items

Once items are loaded on our truck, they become the property of Junk Ranger. We donate, recycle, or scrap what we can and dispose of the rest responsibly. We cannot return items once they have been taken away.

7. Bin rentals

- The bin must be placed on a surface that can handle its weight. We will place it where you direct us. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces under or near the bin.

- Do not overfill the bin above its top edge or exceed its weight limit. Overweight fees of [$XX per tonne] apply.

- Prohibited items in Section 5 cannot go in the bin. Fees apply if they are found.

- Extra rental days are charged at [$XX per day].

8. Payment

- Payment is due when the job is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

- We accept major credit and debit cards through Square, e-transfer, and cash.

- Commercial customers may be invoiced on agreed terms. Late payments may be charged interest of [2% per month] and collection costs.

9. Property damage and liability

We work carefully and are fully insured. If you believe we damaged your property, please tell us within 48 hours and send photos, so we can look into it.

We are not responsible for:

- Damage caused by conditions you did not tell us about, such as weak floors, hidden pipes, or wires

- Normal wear such as minor scuffs when moving large items through tight spaces

- Damage to surfaces under bins or along paths you asked us to use

- Underground utilities we were not told about, where locates were not completed

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job.

10. Photos

Our crew may take before and after photos of the job. See our Privacy Policy for how we use them. If you do not want photos used, tell us.

11. Text messaging terms
