When you call, text, email, fill out a form, book online, or meet us on site, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and any details you share about the job.

Job information

The type and amount of items to be removed, photos you send us, access notes, and the date and time of your booking.

Calls and texts

When you call or text us, we may record the call, keep the text conversation, and note the date, time, length, and the phone number you called from. Some calls start with a short message letting you know the call may be recorded.

Website and advertising information

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you found us (for example, a Google search or ad). This is collected with cookies and similar tools. See Section 6.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
